Project Overview
UNAWA SignSecure™ is an e-signature platform that launched its desktop version in May 2022. With evolving business needs and a growing user base, the challenge was to redesign the app to align with UNAWA's new branding and to develop mobile and tablet versions for broader accessibility.
Objective
To redesign UNAWA’s SignSecure™ platform to reflect its new brand identity while improving usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The goal was to deliver a modern, unified experience that empowers users to manage and sign documents seamlessly on any device.
Problem Statement
The platform’s desktop-only layout and outdated UI failed to meet users' growing expectations for flexibility and polish. Mobile use was unsupported, and the interface did not reflect the modern and trustworthy tone UNAWA aimed to project. A responsive, brand-aligned design was critical for continued growth.

Created responsive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Incorporated new brand elements — including updated color palette, typography, and logo lockups — into the product UI.

Final Design
A cleaner, modern dashboard makes it easier for users to track and manage their documents.
The redesigned interface allows users to drag and drop signature fields with ease, select QR code positions, and preview documents in a streamlined, mobile-responsive layout — improving clarity and reducing friction in the signing process.
Results + Reflections
The redesigned user interface introduced a cleaner and more modern aesthetic that aligns with UNAWA’s updated branding. By moving away from rounded buttons and adopting a more rectangular, structured style, the product now conveys greater professionalism and trustworthiness — key qualities for a legal-tech solution.
The improved layout, combined with streamlined interactions like drag-and-drop fields and clearer call-to-actions, significantly enhanced usability without compromising on visual clarity. This not only elevated the brand’s credibility but also created a smoother signing experience for users.
