Project Overview
This project was created as a prototype for a fictional travel agency offering AI-powered assistance via a chatbot. The goal was to design a voice/chat interface where users could easily find flights, accommodations, and itineraries based on their budget and preferences.
Problem Statement
Travel planning can be stressful and time-consuming, especially for budget-conscious travelers unfamiliar with destination options or the booking process. Traditional search interfaces are often overwhelming. The challenge was to create a natural language chatbot experience that could reduce decision fatigue while providing relevant, contextual travel suggestions.
